cold water.

I have replaced both hoses, checked the flow from the main source, screens look clear. Hot will fill and cold will not. All hoses seem clear.

There looks to be a valve that has two fuse looking plugs. this seems to be where the hot and cold come into the washer. I'm assuming the valve is bad and not letting cold fill.

Does this sound correct to anyone? If so, what is that part called?

Any solutions?
