I removed old wall paper with little trouble, with the intention of repapering the area. I sized the walls, and decided I wanted to paint instead....that's a women for you...anyways, I am only painting the upper portion of the wall, and was wondering if I now have to go back and wash the sizing off, or if I can paint over it....the walls are in good condition....thank you....I am using a satin latex paint.....

there should be no problems whatsoever. Sizing is waterborne, sticks like
**** to a blanket and has given you a decent surface for painting. A light scuff and a two coat application of quality paint and you should be very pleased with the results.
