I just realized that I was mistaken when I said I drained to the condensate pump. I tapped into the drain from the furnace that goes into the floor. I read here that isn't a good idea because the water may back up into the basement floor. So - I have a couple readily available options...

1) French drain: I can run PVC right over to the french drain in the basement.

2) Sump well: I can run pvc over to the sump pump well. There's no pump on there. Should I install a pump if I run the drain to there - or should the drainage
provided there be sufficient?

3) Install condensate pump.

Thanks again - Rick.

No, you are fine with the floor drain, I don't know where you saw saying it's not good to use the floor drain?

I would T the drain after the furnace drain, not before.
