I have two Roca (dual flush)toilet cisterns, about two years old that have both decided to continually trickle and re-fill until flushed several times. The water pipes also make a terrible bang after the cistern refills. AND I cant get the lid off the cistern to look inside either!
I am a novice so can anyone help please?

Try removing the silver flush buttons, underneath is a screw, unscrew this to open the cistern
