Hi
I have a Wolverine Brass faucet, with leaky o-rings. the company refuses to sell repair parts to anybody except a licensed plumber, which means a $100 repair bill for $5 worth of parts and 10 minutes of my time. so the alternative is to spend my $100 on a brand new (lifetime guaranteed) faucet made by a cooperative manufacturer.
what is wrong with this picture?

What the company is really saying is you must be commerical to purchase from them.Plumbing supply houses would also qualify and some do sell to the public.Try that angle.

i did try that route, but my plumbing supply house can't get their parts either.
