My motor wont stop running, and its not blowing the heat up, and when its lit, the yellow light is flashing. Any suggestions?

Which motor? High efficiency furnaces have two. One is the ventor (draft inducer) motor and the other is the blower motor that pulls cold air through your cold air return and forces the heated air upstairs.
