Has anyone had experience with the Peel Away product to remove paint or stain?
I have two applications, that I'm currently or soon to be working on:
1.) Hardwood floors to be refinished. All the base molding looks like hell, previous owner must have had 1/4 round installed, because there’s about 1/2" of paint on the hardwood floors. Wood the Peel Away product be good to remove all paint from the base molding with 1/2" overlap onto the floor to pull paint off there as well.
2.) How well does this product work on removing stain/varnish/poly from kitchen cabinets?
Thanks again!!
Joe

Unless this is a really old house with very special trim, I would forget stripping and install new molding.
But to answer your question, I have seen the product used on "this Old House" and they liked it. If they used it, it is likely not cheap, but it problably works.
