System: New Vista-20P

When I set *162 to 4 (All alarms all troubles) the pager does not get called on a alarm condition.

It does however work when I set it to 5 (All alarms, troubles, and open closes for all users)

The format for entering *162 is partition1, partition2, common am I entering it right or is there something else I should check?

Yes, check to make sure that you have each zone set to report in contact ID.
