My countertop is only a couple of weeks old, and has not been sealed or anything. I noticed an oily/ greasy stain one morning (from the night before). I cleaned it with granite countertop cleaner from home depot, but the stain was no longer on the surface, it had already been sort of absorbed. What can I do??? Help please!!

what caused the spot in the first place...pot?
im not a stone pro, but from what you descibe if it wasnt sealed and it seems not to be on the surface than i would imagine, its beyond reach of cleaners
stone is pourous and thats why they always reccomend sealing it, i would contact the installers or retailers that you bought it from for help

There is a product available at home centers for this - it's a poultice made primarily of ground limestone and solvent that is designed for just this situation. After it's out, seal the stuff - granite usually needs to be sealed twice a year.
