Im getting ready to install a new eastern white pine wide (12-18") plank floor. Per the manaufacturer i will be gluing and blind nailing (as well as surface nailing w/cut nails). During the acclaimation process some of the boards have cupped slightly. What would be the best way to uncup the boards. I presently have boards stacked on top of each other but can still see some evidence of cupping. Does anyone have any suggestions to eliminate the cupping before or during installation. Thanks

Separate out the flooring. Wide plank take forever to properly acclimate, because it is milled and kiln dried at a high moisture content.

don't set in on concrete or the ground. Sticker it up off the floor. So air can get all around the board. The boards on top of the bundle will cup, because the top that is exposed to drier air is dry, while the side to the other wood is wetter.
