My Trane heat pump is froze up. Any suggestions on how to thaw it out sooner than later? 7 degrees outside and about 60 inside.

At 7 outside go to EME heat it will cost you about the same as the pump does. It could be you defrost board is bad . Feel the small copper line as it comes out the blower coil unit in the home . If its cold for sure go to EME heat
