I have just installed a baseboard heater, and when its turned on its not putting out much heat. Its 220v baseboard heater, its hooked up to a honeywell rlv430a thermostat, and running on a 30Amp braker. Can anyone help me?!?!?

Have to check it out with a meter. See if you have power to it and its 220V.

Well they are all getting power, but only 120v.... What do I need to do to raise it?
