I have installed an Ademco 20P panel with one 4204 Relay module, one 5881 wireless receivers and a 6160 keypad at different locations and I am getting the same fault on the keypad at both facilities.
The keypads are address 16, the relay panels are address 12 and the wireless modules are addressed 00.
The reporting fault on the keypad states "Fault 112 Relay Module". I have checked the power and data wires and even reconnected them a couple times to ensure I had good connections. The devices connected to the relay modules work without fault so the relay modules appear to be working.
Do you know what might be causing the fault to report? At the moment, I am programming it throught he keypad as I do not have the phone connected yet.
Thank you in advance for your help.

There is a tamper switch on these things, if you aren't using the little case that came with the board, you need to set the last dip switch to disable the case tamper.
