Another quick ? .....I've looked @ the manufacturer's specs, and with my current 10KW heat strip, it says I can run the fan motor on either medium or high....which will heat the house better <deliver hotter air>?....

It really won't be "better" on one speed over another because "better" is a subjective term. Higher blower speed will force a higher volume of air over the heating coil per unit of time than will a lower blower speed. Because of this the air will not heat up as much on the high speed and the air coming out of the registers will be at a lower temperature, and because of the "wind chill" effect feel a lot cooler than will happen with the lower blower speed. Also, higher speeds mean higher duct velocity and that translates into higher noise levels.
