Hello

Can I control my garage door using ademco 5804 with ademco 4229 expander which has a form C relays, if the answer is yes, how? if the answer is no then what relay do I need ?
My system is vista 20P , with 6160v keypad,also I already programmed and used the keyfob to arm, disarm, etc...

I don't see why it wouldn't work. Program one of your buttons for no response, then program an output function to close for 2 seconds when that zone faults.
*80 is the menu mode for output functions. Activated by Zone number, Output action is close for two seconds, and output number is whatever you assign it in *79

Answer is a qualified yes, depending on the type of external control mechanism supported by the garage door opener. The relays on the 4229 may be able to do what's needed directly, or you may need to use it to trip a heavier relay that can handle the current load.

The short answer is that you have to know how to trigger your opener from an external input.
