Does anyone have any experience with the clean effects filtration system? I had a new Trane system installed and discovered 6 months later that the contractor installed the filter housing backwards. Meaning the pre-filter was the last filter in airflow sequence and the white honeycomb filters were the first element to be hit by the airflow.

Could this have damaged the integrity of the filter system?

Real world results have been coming in. With a lot of mixed results. The main thing from what I've been told is they load up to quick. and the ozone has been having some problems with people. As far as you go I ask for a new one.

My parents has one and they been happy with the CleanAffect.

I'd ask the dealer to come and give a good cleaning, no harm has been done.
