Hello,
My first post here. Thanks in advance for the help.
I have just remodeled my bathroom and installed ceramic tile. I am getting ready to install the toilet. My question is: What it the correct height for the toilet flange? Should the top rim sit in top of the tile and get screwed through the tile into the subfloor, or should the top of the rim to level with the top of the tile?
Thanks!

The flange should sit on top of the tile and be screwed into the subfloor. If the flange is level with the tile or a little lower thats not a problem either. You can use thicker wax rings or flange extenders to make up the additional space.
