Air Conditioning - Duct pipes dripps condesation really bad

I live in ontario Canada and it cold as well as realy hot. I live in a old house that as many additions . Basement is low ceiling not useable . I have new furnase that is larger then needed for house as well as central air . (2.5 tons) In summer when really hot the ac runs alot . When i go into bacement all ducts and mian trunk is dripping like crazy. If i leave the ac off for a while the dripps clear up . What do you think could be wrong ?

What could be wrong! To much RH% in basement, No vents in basement, Not enough air flow, Duct not insulated. Do any of these help?
