Bought a Simon 3 and have all the (24) sensors programmed and can not get the X-10 powerhorns to work. Seems like my Simon panel only goes from unit number 1-8, no higher - and according to the manual - sirens (I want to install 3 of the interior X-10 powerhorns) should be on unit code #9 or 10?

This is an ADT badged system and says on the box: "Simon 3 V4.11 for ADT and includes the unsupervised handheld local alarms feature.

The small label says A3 w/o X-10 - BUT I purchased the X-10 transformer seperately

Do I now have to do a special programming in the panel
Anyone have any ideas? Appreciate the help!

ADT modified systems often have optional features like partitioning and X-10 support disabled. There may not be a way to make your device work with this unit.

Simple answer to this one...
In order for the X-10 powerhorns to work, you need to set the HOUSE CODE on each unit to B, not A like everything else. If you want the powerhorns to give you alarm and chime sounds, set the UNIT NUMBER to "9". If you only want alarm sounds and no chime, set the UNIT NUMBER to any number other than "9".

This info can be found in the User Manual....
