Doors and Windows - New interior door nightmare

I installed my first door in my basement about a year ago. It was also my first time framing. I installed it under one of main supports of the house which was probably the biggest mistake as the house is still new and settles alot here. One side of the studs are not level causing the door frame to be cocked. This doesnt bother me as much as the door is still functional. I had it to where I wanted it and it was fully functional, but if you look at the bottom one side of the door appeared higher. The door itself is level but the floor is not. Now the room is completely finished and it door hinge side drags on the carpet but the rest is ok. Any quick tips on how to slightly raise the door without pulling the fully finished casing back off or without cutting the bottom of the door? I can provide a picture of my dilemma(s) if necessary when I get home.

The easy fix is to cut off the bottom of the door. Lay a 1/2 inch thick board flat on the floor against the door while it is closed, mark the door along the top of the board, (1/2 inch above the carpet), remove the door from the hinges, cut, and re-hang. Good luck.

It's looking that way. I may angle cut it as the uneveness of the floor makes the door look crooked.

Unless it's a huge angle cut, it won't look as funny as you may think. We have a door in our studio that is 1/4 inch shorter on one side than the other and no one is the wiser since it's now level with the floor.

This is the door fully closed. Not sure how to really correct that now..
