I'm in AZ and usually never experience freezes. I've had the evap running in December before, so I usually don't turn it off. Fall and spring are missing seasons.

I recently woke up to a waterfall running off the side of my house and ended up turnning off the water. I may need to turn it back on in less than a month.

Do you know what could have happened or what busted? I wasn't keeping track of temperatures this winter, but I'm not aware of any freezes - but maybe so?

There is no roof access without professional equipment and so far I have ended up paying for the evap 3x's over between bad install and dishonest service - all name companies - like a cleaner that wasn't put in at all (but paid for), or removed later, among other service related complaints. These were all with different companies.

Without having roof access to check what is done or even done at ALL, I feel very vunerable and now angry. I use my evap and it saves me a ton of money. I would hate to give it up due to ......... service persons. I'm not sure what I can do about that.

I'd really like ideas - it seems silly to have to hire another company to check up on the first company and really destroys my benefit of using an evap.

Any referrals in AZ?
