I'm in the process of finishing a basement. I planning a small (6' X6') bathroom (with shower) in the basement. I'd like to use electric radiant in the floor. The actual area for a radiant mat is about 38" X 48". Will an in-floor electric radiant system be able to heat the whole room, so I don't have to have a duct branch to the bathroom? Or will it merely take the chill out of the floor, but require an additional source to heat the room?
Thanks

For as far north as you are .Id run a heat run in the bath also. You could need it later on. Yes in floor just takes the chill off. But it sure feeel good.
