Electronic Alarms and Home Security Devices - Safewatch 2000 Anwers phone after fourth ring

Howdy...

My Safewatch 2000 has recently started answering any incoming telephone phone calls after the fourth ring with the standard modem squeal. It even makes the modem noise if someone answers the phone right after the fourth ring. Even worse... it answers even if a phone answering machine picks up after the fourth ring. It's painful to anyone on the line.
Any ideas on how to toggle this feature... or to set it to answer after 10 rings?

Assuming that you don't have a phone module, and that the monitoring center doesn't need to log into the system for programming, in programming, enter *95 0 to turn off the auto-answer feature.
