I don't have the installer code or the master code!!!
Is there any way to overecome this?

It's been awhile, but this panel has been discussed pretty often. It's a modified version of the Moose Z900. Be forewarned that some versions of this system are hardwired to call the ADT monitoring phone number, and it cannot be turned off!!
Power the system down. Reconnect power and within 45 seconds press 3 + 9 at the same time. This will boot the system in program mode.
Enter 250 # this will reset the master code to 1245
The installer code default should be 96321; depending on the version of the system, this code is in programming location 255 or 181. You would enter 255 # [new 5 digit installer code] *
Exit programming by pressing * *.
You _really_ should get a copy of the moose Z900 installer manual before you try this, having the reference will make it tons easier.
