I have a Moose Z900 that is branded ADT. It was in my house when I bought it. I am attempting to disable the dial feature so I can get local alerts. I enter:
9 - hold for 3 seconds and receive 3 beeps
96321 - LEDs begin flashing
47# - I get 3 beeps
After I hit 47# it should beep twice then display the configured value. I then hit 0 after entering 47# I see Zone 1 and Zone 3 light up. I then hit * and Zone 4 lights up. I press # and the LEDs start flashing again. I hit ** to exit programming mode.
Does anyone have any idea why I get 3 beeps after entering 47# instead of having the LEDs display the configured value?
Thanks,
Paul

On some versions of the ADT modified version of this system, the dialer is hardwired on and cannot be disabled.
