hey friends
my 7 y/o toll brothers home which i just bought doesnt any condenser pad under either of my two outside fans...shouldnt these have come with the units?.....should i buy the plastic variety...is there any standard size?

No they don't come with the units but should have come with the install! Looks like another cheap builder to me!

I would then use patio blocks, and WITH CARE lift the unit on each corner just enough to slip the blocks under it. Once you do that. make sure you got it level, and remove the top and flush the unit out well.

Now thats as cheap as you can get . Im with Jay go for the 4x8x16 cement blocks now. Get them up off the ground or the whole bottom will rust out. Id turn the power off to them before you do it.

I would also be very concerned about any other issues (unknown to you) with this install. I suggest you have a "real" technician look everything over. After 7 years, it's possible the base is already rusted out.
