First. Yes. We're lazy. We'd like to put a laundry door/pass through from a closet off of our bedroom into the adjoining laundry room. For clutter, laundry won't accumulate (hopefully) and fewer steps are needed to get from the bedroom, through the closet, through and around the bonus room, and then into the laundry. The chute DOES NOT change floors, it simply will pass through the wall into the laundry area.

We contemplated a doggy door, but aren't excited about it aesthetically. Any ideas?
