It is easily scratched it seems, as even the slightest bump can mar it's surface. It has just received an accidental big long, thick, deep, ugly scratch and I sure hate living with it.

Just a thought...you might have luck with calling the manufacturer as they might have some sort of touch up paint. It probably would be a good idea to call them anyway since it's made of that "special" material. Too bad they didn't make it scratchless/dentless too! :(
