Hi Guys!
I decided to really clean my bedroom furniture after 25 yrs. I only did a small area. I used Greased Lightning...after much muscle (tell me there is something easier, please!) the furniture still has some of the darker dirty color and is not even in color. Can someone help?...I need some direction or name of a product to use.

What is the furniture made out of, and finished with?
Wood stained, black lacquer, white melamine, etc...

Also what is the dirt?
Just sitting around never been cleaned dirt, or mold/mildew, or soot, etc...

i agree........what on earth is this "dirt"? furniture in a bedroom shouldn't get dirty, just dusty. kitchen cabinets get grimey from cooking oils & steam, etc. but bedroom furniture shouldn't need such strenuous cleaning. sounds to me like you're accidentally removing the finish & will need to completely refinish the furniture now! :eek:
