Hello,

I am having trouble with the amount of hot water pressure in my master tub/shower. Cold water is fine, however when I attempt to use hot water there is a loud raspy noise and minimal water pressure.

I am not sure which brand, but my hot water heater is about 9 y/o. I also have a Rainsoft water softening system.
