I have an 11 year old Pioneer sd-p4683 projection tv. When I power up the tv for cable broadcast I get a fuzzy screen and static for sound. It takes 20 min to 1/2 hour for the normal picture and sound to turn on. Sometimes it doesn't turn on at all. It's funny because when I power up and get the fuzzy screen and static sound, I can switch over to video 1 where my dvd player is hooked up, and the picture and sound work perfectly. Does this sound like a tuner issue or something else? Is it an easy fix? Thanks.

Sounds like a tuner issue to me, but I am no expert.
