I recently installed a used Am. Std/Trane gas furnace (AUX100R948V2). Although it heats the house, the output air measures only 103F at the furnace (rtn air=64F) and feels cool and drafty at the registers. Shouldn't the output air be much warmer? Is there any way to boost the burner output or slow the blower? Or some other solution? Thanks.

Check the blower motor. If it is direct drive, it may have several speed taps. If it was set for air conditioning (high speed) you can change it to medium or low which will allow better heat transfer.
If it's belt drive, you can change the motor pulley to a smaller size to reduce the blower speed.
