What lighting options exist for a corner mounted vanity with an existing fixture box located 36" above sink in center of left side wall?

Welcome to the forums! Personally I would make an oak corner fixture that would cover the existing junction box, and mount a short (either 18 or 24") fixture in it. Of course if you like incandescent, you could externally mount sockets in the wood that would accept the bulbs.
