My washer fills and drains all at the same time, so it never finishes filling. But sometimes it works fine. Anyone know what's wrong with it?

Not the pro here, but here's what I found that might help a little from this site:

States: "Your drain hose probable isn't high enough. If this is the case, you will need to reposition your drain hose so that it is at least 36" above the floor."
