Hi,
Have a Hamilton Winchester 2-stage gas funace (propane) with a trouble light that corresponds with "Blocked Condensation Assemby", we noticed this morning that the fan was on but we had no heat. We checked the thermostat, and then checked the light panel for a trouble light.
How do you unblock a condensation assembly and where is this assembly.
Just had it cleaned and serviced for the Winter, and haven't had any problems.
Thank you,
Michelle

Follow the tub from the drain into the furnace, you should see somthing that may look like a trap or some type of storage that the water may go into from the secondary heat exchanger.
If this was just checked/cleaned, I'd call them back and say somthing has been missed on cleaning.
