We have an intermittent problem that. of course, never presents when the repairman is here. On a few occasions the furnace will run just a minute or two, shut off, re-start and run another minute or two. Then it will shut down, try to restart but be unable. The small exhausting fan will then run for an hour or more, not the blower, and eventually the furnace recycles and all is fine. The repairman(2nd one we've had) thinks it may be in the gas valve although his checking doesn't really indicate a problem, although he thinks its rather sluggish in opening.
IM wondering if anyone has had a similar problem with this type/model and what was determined to be the cause.
