I am going to my parent's house who also have DTV. Does anyone know if and how I can use my DTV card which has NFL Ticket on my parent's DTV reciever?

No, it is married to receiver. You can bring YOUR receiver and use it there, though!

You can't. You need to bring your receiver as well.
