Any recommendations on wall and ceiling covering for a 32' by 48' pole building to be used as garage/ farm workshop? The building will be insulated and heated, and I've poured a concrete floor. Floor to ceiling height (bottom of truss) is 117.5". Consider the ceiling will require the addition of rafters between the trusses and wind bracing to provide backing for the ceiling as the current dimensions between the trusses and wind bracing is 10' square. So, what factors (cost, durability, ease of install etc.) should I be considering for each option? Thanks alot.

I'm not sure what it is you are looking for. Both walls and ceiling will need adequate framing. I would consider using osb for the bottom 4' with peg board above it. Then drywall the ceiling and the top portion of the wall.
