Does anyone know what we would need and where we could buy a drop ceiling tile that includes a round heating duct unit?

Tiles are cut to fit around duct.

Most suppliers have a 6" or 8" round dampening white register that you install in a ceiling tile. Flex is attached and taped to it. The center is turned CCW and CW to open or close the opening to adjust the air flow.
