We need some helpful advice! We were attempting to install 2 three way light switches on a staircase. We wanted them to both control the basement lights. We can only get one light to turn on, instead of the two that are hooked up. Also, when the top light switch is turned off there is no power in the bottom light switch.

We need a lot more info.
Where is the Power feed? Light? switch one? switch two?
What cables are run between switches and lights?
How is it connected now?
