I have an issue with my central A/C. I checked for 24v at the output of my control board and there is nothing there. the fan is on. Can anyone help?

Are you talking about the board on the furnace? Fan on the furnace is running?

When t-stat set to cool, and below setpoint Y should read 24 volts. if not then check t-stat's Y.
