I am about to drill my Jessem phenolic plate for my Bosch router. Since this is my first time, can someone give me some advice or special notes? Anything to watch out?

Thanks,
wt

Drill press, sharp bit, slow speed, eye protection, hold your breath and be careful. You will probably want to countersink the hole, too, right?
