I have a coat that is white nylon and it has yellowed. How can it be cleaned?

Speaking from personal experience, it'll probably never come out, no matter what you do. If you want to try tho, let it soak in some non clorine whitener (like Snowny or Biz) and some Tide or All, then either hand wash and rinse or put it in the gentle cycle. Also, in the supermarket there's a product called "Yellow Out" for whites only, which may work, but read the directions first to make sure you can use it on nylon.
Good luck!

Plastics tend to yellow with age and usually stay that way. Shadeladie's "Yellow Out" product sounds worth trying if it's safe for nylon.

An oxygenating bleach (Sodium Perborate) may be helpful.
