How can I glue loose joints in a rocker without dismantling it? The joints have small nails and I might damage the wood takeing them out.

Best results will probably involve taking out the nails. Without doing that, you may be able to get glue into the joints by loading it into a syringe with a large bore needle and injecting it into the joints.

A veterinary clinic (animal clinic) will have a variety of inexpensive syringes for you to choose from. Keep in mind that wood glue is thick and won't extrude out a tiny needle.
