We have a couple of walls in our house that are very cold to the touch. How do we check the condition of the insulation in these walls. They are brick on the outside, plaster on the inside. Our house was built in 1937......ode

Pick a convenient spot and cut a small hole that can be patched later.
Probe to determine what is in the wall and it there are any barriers between studs. Then, you can decide if you need insulation and what options you have for installing it.

Cut holes in wall or get an IR inspection done.
