Back to back bathrooms.

I have a ceiling vent in each bath, can I vent those two to the same vent going through the roof?

If yes, what is the proper way? Just a Y connection?

You will have to determine the cfm of both fans combined, and match the vertical piping to accommodate that volume. From each fan, yes, just "y" them into your final vertical, but you may have to jump to a larger size if the cfm volume dictates.

And you should probably have dampers on each leg to prevent backflow. But you can vent multiple rooms with one fan, see 'Fantech' on the web.
