Dear netters,

I am in the process of installing CeilingMax tiles in my basement. Short of the realization that, unlike suspended ceilings, the ceilingMax installation does not make for EASY access to what's behind the tiles (you have to rip out the runner, and, if done in the middle of the room, it is tough to snap it back in), the overall look and feel is nice.

I am approaching the time when I need to install the last row of tiles, and am not entirely sure how to proceed... The issues I face are the following:
1. The wall is not straight, but has a few corners that house pipes, looking something like this (view from the top)
----|____|----

2. The last row of tiles, therefore, is not only cut, but a couple of them are odd-shaped.

How can I slide in the tiles without damaging the groove/bevel if the last runner is installed?

How can I even fit the tile in - since the wall bracket has top and bottom guides?

Instructions call for the last cross-Ts to be installed after the final row of tiles is in place. I can only snap in the runner while there is still opening - otherwise, it just flexes between the joists and does not catch...

Any tips, hints, suggestions are GREATLY appreciated!

Thank you in advance.
