Welcome to the forums! What type control valve do you have? Does it turn counterclockwise going from cold to hot? If so, you may be able to adjust the volume from under the cover plate. You will have to remove the handle and cover plate and look under it for an adjustment. Post back with what you find.

If you take apart some shower heads you can remove the low flow device. I can't tell you much more than that, but it can take some tinkering and I think we found it in the center. One head we drilled it out.
The low flow devices were turning my quickie 10 min showers into 45 min of wasted time trying to just get my hair wet. That didn't sound like much of a water saver to me.
There was a lawsuit based on a study from Univ. of Washington that listed what shower heads were really producing (gallons / hour) and very few 'low flow' heads were actually low flow. The most popular .... all exceded the amount they claimed (no wonder they were popular). Very enlightening, if still valid. (check findlaw.com)
