The lever on our 1-1/2 yr. old PP Contempra binds and requires more force than what seems necessary whenever we turn it on or try to adjust either the flow, or to a lesser degree, the tempurature. I took the handle off and worked some plastic gear grease into the Delrin bearing on the valve assembly, and that helped, but not for long. Is there a way to loosen or somehow adjust it so that we get nice smooth operation of the lever instead of a jerky, annoying dishwashing experience??? Thanks in advance!

They do indeed - called 'em, and they're sending a new cartridge for $5. Thanks for the tip. Also, the number is 800 PFAUCET.
