I just purchased a vanity and cultured marble top (sink). My question is how do you secure the sink to the vanity? Is it just held down with the drain connection or can I use some kind of adhesive?

A small dab of silicone at each corner, not the whole perimeter, will hold it just fine. You may want to remove it someday.
